Day is a composition that traces out one full rotation of the planet Earth. During each day you spend on the spinning planet, you draw a somewhat soft and round wave in time. That wave, like any other wave, has physical properties, and this piece of music is composed using those.

The album is an hour-long glimpse into this unfolding wave structure rooted in the overtone series of the frequency of one Day. It is real music sprouting from a real formula – no additional structure or gestures!

The album comes with a riso-printed booklet consisting of an essay, a comic, and pictures. It is a more light-hearted and colorful counterpart to the music, which reaches very cosmic heights with a simple set of ingredients.
